Pumpkins, Spaghetti and Friends, Oh My!

Life’s much sweeter with good friends by your side.

Last night, my lovely friend Brie hosted a Halloween themed girls night. Vanessa, Meg and I ate spaghetti and meatballs a la Brie, and happily guzzled bottles of white and pink Moscato. After the feast came sweet and salty treats. First some yummy brownies, then after carving out our cute pumpkins, baked and seasoned seeds.

Playing games like never have I ever, talking about my impending graduation and the years ahead of us all, it felt like something of a movie. It’s surreal that this chapter of my life is slowly coming to an end, but I know that there are greater ones coming for us all. I may be phasing out college, but these girls are coming with me as I welcome adulthood. I haven’t a doubt about it.

Halloween may be creeping it’s way over to us, but lately I have Thanksgiving on the mind. I know one thing is for certain, I’m thankful to have met such good friends. I love you guys!

Spooky gang, doing our thang.
Love these chicks.

We’re just a little bit proud of our pumpkins.
Vanessa’s evil Jack-O-Lantern.
Meg’s super-duper happy pumpkin.
Brie’s DoodleBob Squarepants.
Mr. Oogie Boogie, my proud creation.
Chef Brie is at work. Of course, what would a night of pasta and pumpkin carving be without wine?
